     DIFFERENT USER ROLES:

    * LEAVING THE INFRASTRUCTURE
If you are leaving for a longer time and the base is to be uninhabited for >2/3 days Re-check every part of this list when you leave, so you're sure it's done!
Basics:
-clean so you make the next person happier! 
 at least to the condition you entered the house
-make sure there are some fresh bed sheets available 
 and the filty ones are in the laundry (if you do the laundry, put a strip on the chalkboard)
-make some pictures around the whole house 
-leave bike card & car keys and other keys 
 in the housebox at the front door

The fridge:
take everything out of the fridge which is yours 
make sure you do not leave anything perishable, or open, in the kitchen! 
if you don't wanna take it with you, give it personally to the co-habitants/lodgers/visitors/neighbours, make somebody happy but throw it yourself if nobody is interested
 
Disconnect:
    electricity : turn out all lamps + power off red switches e.g. sound station
    gaz: switch off all gaz to the flame
    hardware:  switch off all hardware which isn't processing any necessary task + unplug chargers 

Close everything:
    close and lock doors
    close and lock patio door
    close and lock winter garden
    close all windows in the house

    Whenever min 3 inhabitants  / lodgers (temporary or durational) are present you can call 'a plenum'.  Plenums are to discuss practical and organisational issues, we can announce communal activities or make changes to the manual ?! we can speak about what enjoys, bothers us in and around S14. If nobody asked a plenum for 6 weeks, M. will arange a date and notify all inhabitants to schedule and arrange a date.
