    * ENTERING THE INFRASTRUCTURE
     DIFFERENT ENTRY ROLES:
> inhabitant (pays rent, has private space and collectively))
> lodger (has specific plan of staying and contributes by alternative economies)
> passer-by (visitors who support by presence and free contribition)
> good actor (get along and perform flamboyant the social code of a replaced inhabitant)

- unlock/lock the door
- use doormates to wipe feet
- put communal keys on the tablet in the hallway
- use slippers  if you want  [slippers are in the hallway, top shelves]
- max 3 bikes in the hallway, no bikes in front of the neighbours
- transit zone in hallway can be used for max 3 days
- close doors & curtains behind your path (unless they are in ''ventialation'' mode to let air circulate in the house)

    * LEAVING THE INFRASTRUCTURE
If you are leaving for a longer time and the base is to be uninhabited for >2/3 days Re-check every part of this list when you leave, so you're sure it's done!
Basics:
-clean so you make the next person happier! 
 at least to the condition you entered the house
-make sure there are some fresh bed sheets available 
 and the filty ones are in the laundry (if you do the laundry, put a strip on the chalkboard)
-make some pictures around the whole house 
-leave bike card & car keys and other keys 
 in the housebox at the front door

The fridge:
take everything out of the fridge which is yours 
make sure you do not leave anything perishable, or open, in the kitchen! 
if you don't wanna take it with you, give it personally to the co-habitants/lodgers/visitors/neighbours, make somebody happy but throw it yourself if nobody is interested
 
Disconnect:
    electricity : turn out all lamps + power off red switches 
    gaz: switch off all gaz to the flame
    hardware:  switch off all hardware which isn't processing any necessary task + unplug chargers 

Close everything:
    close and lock doors
    close and lock patio door
    close and lock winter garden
    close all windows in the house

    Whenever min 3 inhabitants  / lodgers (temporary or durational) are present you can call 'a plenum'.  Plenums are to discuss practical and organisational issues, we can announce communal activities or make changes to the manual ?! we can speak about what enjoys, bothers us in and around S14. If nobody asked a plenum for 6 weeks, M. will invite and notify all inhabitants to schedule a date.
